This slave bracket has a slave eye to pick up the camera's flash. It has a built in adjustable telescoping bounce flash on top of the handle and a slave in the handle.  It also has a PC connector for hard wiring to any PC capable camera.  This flash bracket does break down for easy storage.  The bottom of the flash side unscrews and the base comes apart.  I will be doing more experimenting with this setup by the end of the week.  There is also one other version of this bracket with a hot shoe connection on top of the handle instead of a bounce flash.  You can then add any hot shoe capable flash to this unit.
